The completion of your divorce mediation process will be the finalization of your divorce agreement. Your divorce agreement is a mutual and collaborative document which outlines all aspects of your separation and clearly states the terms you and your spouse have agreed upon.
The final agreement will then be submitted to the court to complete your divorce.
